Artwork Submission Guidelines

CUSTOM PRINTED SERVICES



1. Order Confirmation With Payment

Custom print to the artwork preview within a limited print area of the stock bag type selected.

 

2. Submit Artwork by email

Email sales@qqstudio.sg the artwork file that meets the requirement as follows to Format accepted in .ai/.psd/.pdf files

  • Submit only vector files created with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Ensure that all texts are outlined and working files
  • High resolution of at least 300dpi; file conversion fee will be $50-$300 base on file type and size.
  • For optimum color match ,please provide CMYK# & Pantone code.

3. Digital Mock up & Approval

We provide up to 3 minor adjustments to the artwork. Any additional modifications to artwork will be chargeable from $50-$120 for each request.

4. Unfinished Product Test Print Sheet

A copy of the test print will be shared with client via email communication to verify all job details before production. This service is FREE.

Any request for a set of physical Test Print Sheet to be courier to client for approval will be chargeable at $80 per set.

5. Feedback & Approval

Once Test Print Sample is produced, $50 adjustment fee is chargeable for any further amendments. No further changes will be accepted with FINAL APPROVAL.

6. Mass Print & Shipment

Mass printing with 100% good quality guaranteed. All finished products undergo stringent Quality Checks before carefully packed and shipped out to clients. All custom printed bags are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Estimated Time of Arrival is 10 to 15 business days.
